The PulsaPro Series 900 pumps are built to last, its modular design is durable, system-resilient, and user-friendly, it also comes in simplex, duplex, triplex, and quadruplex. Each modular design can save space; also there are options to have the motor either mounted horizontally or vertically.
Series 900 comes with many material options for the pump reagent head. The following materials are available for the reagent head; 316L, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C fluorocarbon-lined and other. The check valves are available in 316L, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C and others. The diaphragm materials are PTFE or metal, and the gearbox is cast in iron. Series 900 provides a four bolt tie bar design which allows the pump to be resistant to pipe stress, promotes a leak free operation, and provides quick removal of check valves without removing any piping.
The unique ball valve is a simple three component design, which provides accurate, efficient, flow transfer. The disc valve assembly is a low cost renewable component, leak-free, design for higher pressures, and itís an all metal construction-PFTE o-ring seat. Hydraulic diagnostic package allows for visual indication of pump performance and verification of system upset.
Series 900 hydraulic bypass valve provides protection from over pressurization. It can be adjusted externally and can be visually inspected continuously through the two diagnostic windows. The hydraulic performance valve allows for greater viscosities and solid contents.
Series 900 comes with the standard manual stroke length control, which provides accuracy up +/-0.5%. This pump has a flow rate of 16,380 gph (62,000 lph) and pressure rates up to 4,365 psig (301 bar).
The PulsaPro Series 900 contains an extended five year drive train warranty, push to prime for easy priming of the pump head, a front pull out design, for efficient, and simplify maintenance.
